The Big Thing I am Watching Out for in 2009

Starting in September 2008, I found myself glued to the news for the later part of 2008 as the future of our financial system seemed to be in the balance (at least according to the news). I knew it meant another hit to the housing market which has seemingly been under pressure for sometime now. Sure enough, low Wilmington Home Sales in the 4th Quarter reflected the “hold your breath and hope for the best” reaction of consumers. Yet, the Big Three had my attention more than anything.
